First saw Bacon work in the Guggenheim. Panting was sides of beef midway up the ramp. Its impression of colour still remained that cold dry pink. No the way out of the gallery I bought the postcard of the work but miss places it. I no longer can find this image either is not there or my memory was rewritten.
